S Med Rehab RN

x p-a, weekdays, every other weekend, float



Unit Description: Beds. Cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, neurological diseases

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Each patient has a care team assigned to them. A physiatrist, NP, nurse, therapist (depending on need which they are), and social worker. The team collaborates to create a plan for the patient. Therapy works with the pt's hours a day M-F. LOS is around weeks.

Orientation held every other week on Thursday

Certs Required: BLS (must be AHA), acute care rehab preferred

Ratio: Days :/, Nights :/

Experience Required: Years of RN Experience Required; Year in-specialty Experience required; Charge exp preferred

First-timers accepted

Every other weekend required
