We have 7 operating theatres on the Auckland City Hospital and provide 24/7 surgical care that is both elective/planned and acute. We work with multiple services including Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, ORL surgery, Maxillofacial surgery, Cardiology, Respiratory and Vascular Surgery.Our Cardiothoracic PACU is currently staffed Monday-Friday hours, with the intention of potential on call work in the future.
