Registered Nurse- Traveling Veteran Coordinator

Summary The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse assigned within Ambulatory Care. The Traveling Veteran Coordinator (TVC) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for executing a streamlined approach to receiving, triaging, and directing timely, coordinated care, and is assigned to Veterans requiring complex care coordination or specialized case management services. Responsibilities Major Duties Include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components.
