Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information thoroughly in the electronic medical record system.
- Assist with procedures such as IV placement, blood draws, and bladder scans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during their hospital stay.
- Valid nursing license with eligibility to work in NY.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in telemetry or Med Surg units.
