Registered Nurse

Position Summary

The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is a Registered Nurse who serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. The CRN is responsible for coordinating and leading care delivery, upholding the standard of care, and fostering a therapeutic environment that addresses the biopsychosocial needs of patients, clients, and residents. The role requires collaboration with leadership and staff to resolve care and safety issues, and it supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Interlake‑Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Qualifications

• Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
• Baccalaureate Nursing Degree is an asset.
• Knowledge of the organization’s programs, processes, structures, and systems.
• Knowledge of provincial and regional initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.
• Knowledge of the nursing process.
