Registered Nurse – Nicu

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

License: WA RN or Compact RN required Certifications: BCLS (BLS), NRP Experience: 2 years Level III NICU experience Patient Ratio Experience: 3:1 (days, nights, weekends) Charge Experience: Preferred

Provide specialized nursing care for neonates including those as young as 22 weeks gestation Monitor and manage neonatal ventilator settings and respiratory support Administer medications and treatments as per protocols including surfactant and steroids Conduct feeding procedures including gavage and oral feedings, ensuring tube management Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care Document care and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record system
