Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
Shift: 3x12-hour days - Weekend coverage: Required (typically 2 weekend shifts per pay period)
Assignment Details:
- Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
- Daily census: 48
- Ratio: 1:6
- Charting system: Epic
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Experience with patient ratios of 6:1
- Travel experience required
- State or Compact nursing license
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical/surgical and telemetry environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document care per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
