Float Pool Night Shift Registered Nurse

Join the Float Pool Night Shift team at Alton Memorial Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, where nurses are supported, recognized, and empowered to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple units. Role Highlights
  • Minimum two (2) years of critical care nursing experience required
  • Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN prepared nurses
  • Full-time night shift: Three (3) 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Float Pool role, supporting multiple inpatient units
  • Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates
  • Shift differentials for float pool, nights, weekends, and holidays
