Summary South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking an RN for Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program at the Audie L. Murphy Division in San Antonio, TX who will be responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care based on age-specific components, coordinating care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care and administering medications and procedures.
