Remote Patient Intake Coordinator (Registered Nurse) – LA Plastic Surgery Clinic

We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic Registered Nurse to act as the 'Voice of the Practice' for a premier Los Angeles Plastic Surgery clinic. You will not be doing clinical work; you will be the bridge between a patient's first inquiry and their surgical transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid Response:
  Call and text new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry.
• Medical Counseling:
  Answer FAQs regarding downtime, recovery, and procedure basics.
• Consultation Booking:
  Moving the lead from 'curious' to a paid consultation on the doctor's calendar.
• Lead Nurturing:
  Relentless (but polite) follow-up with patients who haven't booked yet.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License mandatory.
