As a member of an inter‑professional team reporting to the Care Manager, the role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to ensure the provision of excellent care and support to the patients and families of hospice house, their families and caregivers, as outlined by hospice house and organizational policies and procedures and the Standards of Nursing Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
