An excellent opportunity exists for experienced Registered Nurses to join the PACU/Recovery Team at a private hospital in Sydney. There are permanent full-time positions available. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse in the Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU), you will be providing expert clinical monitoring and stabilisation for patients transitioning from anaesthesia following surgical procedures. The role requires rapid assessment of vital signs, airway management, and acute pain control within a fast-paced environment that supports a variety of surgical specialties. By collaborating closely with anaesthetists and surgical teams, the PACU nurse ensures each patient meets strict discharge criteria before safely returning to the ward or being discharged home. REQUIREMENTSCurrent registration with AHPRA;
Minimum three (3) in a Recovery nursing role essential;
