About the Unit
Boston Medical Center has two Medical Intensive Care Units: MICU A with 17 beds and MICU B with 10 beds. Patient populations include the most acute medical patients—multisystem failure, renal failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and sepsis.
Position Summary
As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will deliver outstanding patient-centered care, supported by a collaborative nursing organization that empowers you to provide the best care possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
