REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER CI

Main Purpose of Job

This position is an extension of the Director of Nursing/Residential Service to provide leadership and supervision of an assigned cottage within the Nursing/Residential Department.
This position accomplishes care through supervision, support and assistance to RN’s, other
Nursing/Residential staff and other team members. Additionally, this position provides administrative guidance during off duty hours as needed and supports treatment of clients that is family driven and youth guided.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Four years of experience as a Registered Nurse to include two years in a supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity and two years in a psychiatric setting.
