Responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of individualized, holistic, person‑centered nursing care for a patient, their families or the community, either performed directly or indirectly. The incumbent coordinates patient care within the multi‑disciplinary team and serves as a clinical resource to assist personnel in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting nursing care.
