MN Merit System Job Summary Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care services with emphasis on service to patients requiring care related to public health programs; performs professional nursing in accordance with prescribed rules, regulations, professional practices, and special orders from physicians; may supervise licensed practical nurses and/or home health aides, and performs related work.
