The Opportunity 
We are looking for full-time or part-time Community Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team, servicing clients in the Grafton area . Our Nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday, so come join our flexible and inclusive team! 

The day to day 

  • Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment such as wound care, catheter care and medication management 
  • Conducting nursing assessments and developing care / support plans 
  • Providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families 
  • Liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, Branch Managers and team, Allied health and community networks to maintain and ensure the highest possible standard of care  

About You: 

  • Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
