Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at a competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure: Registered nurse license by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
