Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, document, and direct residents’ health needs in collaboration with physicians and other care team members.
• Provide leadership and oversight to LPN and CCA activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Orient and train new staff on departmental standards and support their ongoing performance through coaching and development discussions.
