Overview

Assisted Living Alberta • Edmonton Zone Continuing Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Home Living team. The RN provides professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages, collaborating with the health care team to assess needs, deliver nursing services, coordinate resources, establish goals, and evaluate outcomes. The role includes case management, direct client care, and clinical expertise within an evidence‑based, client‑centered framework.

Work Setting

Based at Devon General Hospital; will provide support to the Suburban/Rural East team across home care network offices, including travel as needed.
