Job Title: Senior LTSS Service Care Manager (RN)

Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX Area

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Field-Based

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Pay Rate: $38.00/hr. – $45.00/hr. on W2

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (OT may be required)
