Some of your tasks will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, performing assessments, and putting together the appropriate documentation of a resident's medical record. Our Health Center is a 96-bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. We have no agency and only 24 patients for every nurse with 3 aides to support them!
We are searching for Registered Nurses available on a FULL-TIME basis for our 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) working every other weekend and some holidays. Westminster off...
