We are currently looking to recruit a CQC Registered Manager for our residential provision located within the grounds of a college. The Registered Manager will have overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring it runs safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support while managing and supporting the wider staff team. Key Requirements: Monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services within the residential provision. Recruit, supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Support Workers. Provide coaching, guidance and performance management to develop staff and maintain high standards of care. Manage service budgets and ensure effective deployment of staff resources.
