Registered Manager

We are looking for a Childrens Home Manager to join our new 3 bed service in Redbridge supporting 8-18 year olds with EBD. You will have been a Registered Manager for at least one year, have high standards and worked within a home either Good or Outstanding. This Organisation will offer full support from Directors and Responsible Individual Skills and Abilities Ability to demonstrate reasoning, numeracy, literacy and technology skills to required standard. Ability to work as a team, working closely with colleagues and other agencies. Ability to solve problems. Able to work within the principles of the Childrens Act. Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures. Sound knowledge of Childrens Homes procedures and relevant issues. Ability to exercise authority.
