Domus are recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider in Exeter, Devon, to lead their 4 bedded residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism! 

Supported by an amazing leadership team, you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team.


Our ideal candidate will be an experienced manager within the Health and Social Care sector, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.


Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.

  • Responsible for budget management.

  • Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
