About The Role
As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of operations of a set of assets and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Oversee and track the record of regular maintenance of equipment.
- Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management, suggesting ways to improve efficiency.
