As a Registered Dietitian, you'll work under the Clinical Team to assess and plan nutritional care tailored to each resident. This involves collaborating with the Dietary Manager and families to ensure effective interventions and care strategies are in place, enhancing the overall well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete individual nutritional assessments for residents
• Plan and implement personalized dietary interventions
• Communicate resident needs with the Dietary Manager
• Maintain menus for nutritional adequacy and compliance
• Teach residents and families about nutrition strategies
Requirements:
• Eligibility for the College of Dietitians of Ontario
