The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to manage and lead a nurturing team at Dove Cottage in Sandy. You will ensure compliance with regulations while creating a safe environment for children aged 6-18 with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have the Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a minimum of two years' experience in residential care, as well as managerial experience. Attractive salary of up to £55,000 plus bonuses and a range of benefits offered.
