Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wheeling clinic team. As an RBT at Motivated Learners, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized therapy, support skill development, and help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.

Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.

Collect and record data on client progress.

Support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills.
