Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Kids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person, in-home ABA services in Anchorage , Alaska.

We offer the training to help you become certified.

Position Overview:

• RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.


• Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1:
