Registered Behavior Technician - $26 to $28 Hourly - School District - Oceanside & Nearby Areas

The Registered Behavior Technician plays a critical role in delivering educational and behavioral support services to children and adults with special needs. This position involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals. The Behavior Technician works directly with clients to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance overall quality of life. Collaboration with school personnel, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure consistency and progress toward established learning and behavioral goals.
