The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides high‑quality, evidence‑based behavioral intervention services to autistic children under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs implement individualized treatment plans designed to increase communication, social skills, daily living skills, and adaptive behaviors while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning.
