**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**
**Pay:** $26+ per hour **Locations:** Multiple school districts across California **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, school hours
**About the Role**
We are seeking dedicated **Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)** to provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in school settings. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), child development, and helping students succeed academically and socially.
**Responsibilities**
+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
+ Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioral or developmental needs
+ Collect and record accurate data on student progress
+ Assist with behavior reduction and skill-building programs
+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
+ Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
