Sunflower Developmental Services is looking for a dedicated individual who is registered with OAP to oversee our Life & Social Skills program for individuals with special needs. The candidate must be able to work with all ages, be willing to learn, motivated, and able to support and enhance growth and development for individuals with special needs and for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet with each individual client to develop individualized programming that is structured and meets the needs/goals of the individual.
• Work with clients of all ages from the age of four years old.
• Work with individuals diagnosed with ASD or other complexities/behavioural needs.
• Develop structured activities for individuals with ASD and/or other behavioural needs to accomplish goals.
• Oversee the initial operation of our program to provide training, feedback, support to families, and staff working with individuals.
