Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating a presentation for knowledge and reporting.
  • Providing leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales targets & maximize profits for the business and be in line with agreed budgets.
  • Recruiting competent promoters and managing their behavior at the workplace (pay attention to their attendance, dressing, and work behavior).
  • Monitoring retail targets achievement for the promoters in the managed area.
  • Providing retail recap and recheck to the promoters’ knowledge and selling skills, retail shop managers, and shop employees in the managed area.
  • Planning and executing the training to promoter and partner in the store.
  • Following up on the monthly promoter certification on the retail platform.
