As our new Regional Manager for Finland, you’ll drive business performance, team development, and strategic alignment across our terminals – with a direct impact on how millions of people receive their parcels. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, top-tier customer satisfaction, and high employee engagement while aligning with Instabee’s long-term goals.
Some of the things you’ll do
Lead, coach, and support terminal managers across Finland, including the Helsinki terminal.
Own and develop the region’s business performance, cost-efficiency, and delivery quality.
Collaborate closely with Nordic and Group functions to align with company strategy.
