1.TECHNICAL ADVICE TO COUNTRY PROGRAMMES: Based on a planning exercise undertaken jointly between DCO and OTD, and working in close collaboration with the CDs/CPOs, the Regional Technical Specialist provides authoritative technical advice to selected country programmes across the designated region.
