Overview

Job Description: The jobholder is responsible for providing to Asia Pacific region Customers first line support on Maintenance & Engineering Technical Data to obtain/maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes familiarization/ training to ensure efficient use of the technical data by Customers. Also acquiring customers feedback on Airbus Technical data products, support and services in order to identify issues and/or subjects for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  1. Answers, as first line Support, the Technical Data queries from internal and external customers and ensures queries to be handled in expedite manner.
  2. Communicates/Coordinates with the Airbus Headquarter organization on issues including regular reporting.
  3. Provides Technical Data familiarization course and refresher training to region customers, MRO or Airworthiness Authorities.
