About the Role


Reporting to the Regional Support Manager, Aged Care QLD in this newly created role, you will provide a full range of coordination, communication, administrative and project support enabling them to ensure efficient state-wide operations. This is a permanent full time position located anywhere in QLD with flexibility to work from home.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct payroll reviews to maintain accuracy and adherence to policies

  • Coordinate recruitment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff members

  • Assist with the monitoring of the National call system

  • Assist with iReport (incident) investigations, supporting timely resolution and documentation
