We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Regional Supervisor to support our Collection Technician network across the Midlands. This is a dynamic role combining field-based coaching, auditing, training, and operational support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery within our UKAS-accredited drug and alcohol testing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and support Collection Technicians across the region.
  • Conduct planned and unannounced audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and Chain of Custody (COC) requirements.
  • Identify training needs and deliver retraining where required.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and competency sign-off of new Collection Technicians.
