Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating services and activities associated with the Stroke Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1.Current licensure inONEofthefollowing:

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologistthrough theWest Virginia Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology 

  • Occupational Therapist throughtheWest Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy

  • Physical Therapist through the West Virginia Board of Physical Therapists

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which services will beprovidedorcurrent multi-stateLicensed Practical Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

    • 2. CurrentBasic Life Support (BLS)Certificationdue within30 daysof hire

    EXPERIENCE:
    1. One (1) year of experience in a neurology related position.
