Experience: 8+ Years (Two-Wheeler) | 2+ Years (Electric Vehicle)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen regional service operations across Gujarat
  • Oversee dealer & service center performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and warranty compliance
  • Drive spare parts planning and service KPIs
  • Train teams on EV diagnostics and service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in two-wheeler industry
  • At least 2 years hands-on EV experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of EV systems & batteries
  • Experience handling regional service networks in Gujarat
  • Willingness to travel across the region
