Regional Security Chief - Western

Bayer Security NORLA seeks a Security Service Chief Western to oversee 24/7 site protection for Tizates 1 & 2 and San Juan de Abajo 1 & 2 in Nayarit. You’ll supervise guards, ensure safety of facilities, assets, and personnel, and coordinate with the Western Security Lead.

You will implement a consistent security framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff while engaging with external authorities and vendors to mitigate risks and safeguard Bayer’s reputation.
