Overview

Position Summary: The Process Engineer plans and coordinates manufacturing processes for new products and customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Writes equipment and process specifications.
• Purchases equipment and manufacturing materials for the execution of new products and programs.
• Provides technical support and guidance to manufacturing operations processes and equipment.
• Conducts validation trials, feasibility studies, and design tests for performance of processes, materials, and machinery related to tube mill operations, fabrication, and coatings.
• Develops and implements tooling and coating equipment via qualification and validation trials.
• Develops layouts for projects and process improvements.
• Assists with development of specifications, new tools, processes, and training procedures.
