As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full Quaker Houghton business portfolio across the territory, including key and strategic accounts. You will drive growth by expanding existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers and segments within the area.


You will also actively support strategic change management initiatives within the commercial organization, helping teams adopt new ways of working, strengthening go-to-market effectiveness, and ensuring successful execution of transformation priorities.
