Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Greater Toronto AreaLock Search Group is pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing international pharmaceutical companies. Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Surgical), to lead a group of 8 territory managers, oversee territory plans, and develop business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the region to meet each customer’s needs through the sale of the company's surgical products.
  • Overseeing the development of territory planning through priority management ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated to balance the company and customer’s needs.
  • Overseeing the contract and evaluation processes to maximize successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement regional business plans and programs to meet and exceed defined goals and revenue and profit targets.
