Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across South Luzon. This role is responsible for managing regional sales teams, driving business growth across General Trade (GT) and Local Key Accounts (LKA), building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales programs and strategies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in FMCG sales, excellent leadership and people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic, multi-channel environments.
