Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage tire business agents across the Asia-Pacific region to achieve sales targets.
- Promote company-owned and agency tire brands; expand product penetration with existing customers.
- Maintain and strengthen agent relationships; improve overall sales performance.
- Analyze local market trends, customer needs, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Provide product training, after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain for timely and quality delivery.
- Manage contracts, receivables, and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in tire sales and agent development with Tier 1 or Tier 2 tire brands.
- Existing agent/customer resources in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, or Australia & New Zealand.
