  • Develop new business opportunities across condominium, rental, and mixed-use residential markets

  • Build and manage relationships with developers, property owners, and large-scale property management groups

  • Identify and pursue multi-site and portfolio-level opportunities within the assigned region

  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to close, including stakeholder alignment across technical and commercial teams

  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists to tailor solutions to client needs and project requirements
