  • Establish adequate coverage for each geography with the right type/number of salespeople on your team
  • Understand current and past market conditions to set us up to achieve market share and used equipment sales results
  • Set clear expectations on sales goals, pipeline, and customer experience with your team and coach to success
  • Coach your team to help our customers find the right equipment to make the most of the land they work with so we can grow together
  • Complete on farm calls with your sales team on the road to help build customer relationships and coach on sales skills
